WWE 205 Live
January.Week 1.2017
Las Cruces, NM

Tonight on 205 Live: There will be a Fatal 4-Way Match to determine who will face the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann at the WWE Royal Rumble event for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Match #2
Normal Match
Drew Gulak vs Fabian Aichner
Winner: Fabian Aichner!
Method: Pinfall
Finish: Pop-Up Powerbomb

Two weeks ago on 205 Live: Lince Dorado played back footage of his victory against The Brian Kendrick from the week prior with the Shooting Star Press. After the match, Lince thought that a sportsmanlike handshake would take place but what transpired was Kendrick resorting to a pathetic low blow. All that this has accomplished was Lince focusing all of his attention on a rematch against Kendrick and in that rematch Kendrick would be sorry he ever even thought about what he did.

Kendrick then appeared and said that he looked into Lince's eyes after the match and saw that he had already written off Kendrick as if he was some lowly amateur nobody. With his actions, Kendrick insured himself another opportunity at a match against Lince by knowing exactly how Lince would react. Like getting into a time machine and fixing your past, The Brian Kendrick will put down and defeat Lince Dorado.

Last week on 205 Live: Kendrick would make good on his promise by defeating Lince Dorado (although Kendrick continued his dirty tactics by having his feet on the ropes to help get the pin).

Middle Card Promo
Lince Dorado comes to the ring and refuses to make excuses for losing to The Brian Kendrick last week. Lince should have expected more dirty tricks from the cruiserweight veteran. With one win a piece between them, Lince has no other recourse but to challenge Kendrick to a tie-breaking rubber match. If Kendrick wins again then he is truly the better man and Lince is simply no match for his veteran trickery. However, if Lince wins then he'll simply expose Kendrick as a coward.

Stone Cold Steve Austin '97 is looking to regain the World Heavyweight Championship to not only prove that he is still the best. The big gold belt, as many call the World Heavyweight Championship is a title that WCW never thought that Austin could win, and they looked to be right. Austin never won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. However, he tied up that loose end when he won the World Heavyweight Championship on WWE '16 and he's not about to let some overgrown piece of trash take that away from him.
