Earlier that day, the L.A. Dodgers defeated the Cincinnati Reds 1-0 at the Great American Ball Park. Fast forward to WWE Live at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, the #1 contender for the WWE Championship, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles comes out to make fun of the Reds losing to the Dodgers and compares the Dodgers to The Club and The Shield to The Reds and says that The Club will perform in similar fashion tonight by defeating The Shield one fall to a finish. The WWE Champion Dean Ambrose comes out to a big hometown ovation as he defends his stomping grounds before promising Cincinnati a little preview of Money in the Bank tonight when he gets his hands on Styles in their 6-man tag team match tonight. Before the segment ends, Ambrose challenges The Club to up the ante and face The Shield tonight in a Cincinnati Street Fight to which AJ accepts.

Now despite a rematch defeat to The Authors of Pain, TM-61 find their selves near the top of the division and are a win or two away from finally inserting themselves into the NXT Tag Team Championship picture.

They would go on experience both victory and defeat in the NXT tag team division.
