Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Edwards comes out to announce that he has activated the rematch clause in his contract and will be facing Trevor Lee in a rematch for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship next week on Impact.

Post-Match: Tyrus rolls out of the ring leaving Shera to celebrate his big main event victory. Shera turns around and is attacked by a kendo stick-wielding Al Snow who leaves Shera laying as the ECW Original raises the kendo stick high in the air.

EXTREME RULES SHOWDOWN

Al Snow took his rivalry to a new height after assaulting Mahabali Shera with a kendo stick after his match. These two Superstars will settle their issues in an Extreme Rules Match, and the winner will be declared the #1 contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship!

Al Snow doesn't believe that Mahabali Shera is anyone near being ready enough for such an opportunity while a man who's been this business as long as Snow has definitely earned such an opportunity.
