  • The Ring of Honor World Championship main event match at Final Battle will feature the Ring of Honor World Champion Christopher Daniels against Jay Lethal is now a Triple Threat Match with the addition of former Ring of Honor World Champion Kyle O'Reilly who stated his case that he would have been left off of the biggest card of the year in Final Battle if he didn't make his voice heard. Can Kyle O'Reilly take back the Ring of Honor World Championship now that he's inserted himself into the main event picture at Final Battle?
  • The Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions Roppongi Vice will defend their titles against The Young Bucks in a championship rematch. Can Nick or Matt Jackson survive Rocky Romero's Diablo Armbar that won RPG Vice the titles to begin with?
- The Ring of Honor World Television Championship match at Final Battle just became a Fatal 4-Way as David Finlay defeated Bobby Fish to become the NEW ROH World Television Champion. So at Final Battle it will be David Finlay defending the ROH World Television Title against Bobby Fish of ReDragon as well as not one, but two new Ring of Honor stars: “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay and “The Villain” Marty Scurll!
  • Also at Final Battle: There will be a newly-crowned Ring of Honor Pure Champion as Donovan Dijak goes up against NJPW's KUSHIDA!
  • Cody Rhodes' opponent for his ROH debut at Final Battle is revealed to be the current #3 contender for the Ring of Honor World Champion and one-half of The Motor City Machine Guns: Chris Sabin!
  • NJPW legend Jyushin Thunder Liger will be in competition as well as he has requested a match against the best that ROH has to offer.
