Tonight on IMPACT Wrestling: The TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eli Drake reveals that Tyrus and he are the current default number one contenders for the TNA World Tag Team Championships. Usually TNA management like to pit default number one contenders against the current number two contenders to determine a definitive number one contender via a competitive contest.

However, Eli Drake would rather forego the middleman and just challenge for the TNA World Tag Team Titles since according to him, Tyrus and he would destroy their competition anyway. Drake then issues the challenge to the reigning TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardy Boyz who accept the challenge as part of their “Expedeeshun of Gold”.
