RISING TENSIONS: Last week on WCW Saturday Night, Ricky Steamboat '91 entered the ring with Stunning Steve Austin, leading to a tense staredown between the two rivals.

Tonight: Ricky Steamboat '91 is three wins up over “Stunning” Steve Austin who has yet to pick up a victory over “The Dragon” of 1991. Tonight, “The Stunning One” will receive one more opportunity to live up to his self-proclaimed “Dragon Slayer” moniker when he goes one on one with Ricky Steamboat '91!

As a result, Michael “PS” Hayes and Jimmy “Jam” Garvin are still the WCW World Tag Team Champions. The Freebirds and The Rock 'n' Rollers will face off in a championship rematch real soon!

Last week on WCW Saturday Night: “The Total Package” Lex Luger defeated “Double A” Arn Anderson. However, after the match “The Enforcer” would grab two steel chairs from under the ring before absolutely hammering Luger away with it.

Tonight: An irate Lex Luger demanded a rematch against Anderson but was denied with WCW officials stating that Luger already has a signed and scheduled match tonight. “The Total Package” ominously tells the WCW officials that the injury that his opponent is going to sustain tonight will be on their hands.

“The Total Package” Lex Luger vs Sting '88

Pre-Match: Arn Anderson appears dragging out a hurt Sting '88. “Double A” tosses Sting to the ground before rushing to the ring to brawl with Luger as the referee rings the bell.

Mid-Match: Luger hits the running forearm smash before picking up Anderson for a bodyslam. “The Enforcer” escapes the body slam attempt, kicks Luger in the back of the knee, rolls out of the ring and then proceeds to run away to the back of the arena. This apparent act of cowardice seems to appeal to “The Total Package” as he then poses for the WCW fans.

Method: Draw/No Contest

Three weeks ago on WCW Saturday Night: The Enforcers defeated Sting '91 and Lex Luger when Zbyszko submitted Sting. Sting and Luger would strike back two weeks ago when “The Stinger” submitted Zbyszko with the Scorpion Death Lock.
