week on Nitro: Lex Luger delivered payback against Curt Hennig
with an attack of his own, angered by his rival's actions from last
week when Luger was attacked from behind after his match.
Tonight:
Since Starrcade last December (where Curt Hennig defeated Lex Luger),
Hennig and “The Total Package” have both picked up one victory
over each other. Tonight's main event of Nitro will feature the
Starrcade-sized rubber match between these two!

week on Nitro: A volatile exchange between Dean Malenko and Ricky
Morton in their singles match appears to be re-igniting the flames of
the previous rivalry between their teams, leading down to another
hostile confrontation between them.
