LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: Seeing his WrestleMania dreams slipping away in front of him day after day, TJ Perkins called out the WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Rich Swann, despite losing to Austin Aries several weeks ago (a loss that took Perkins out of the running for a Cruiserweight Championship match at WrestleMania). The desperate TJ Perkins planned on besting Swann on the mic, hoping it would persuade him to accept Perkins' challenge to take him on at WrestleMania as well.

TONIGHT ON 205 LIVE: Rich Swann gave TJ Perkins props on beating him in their promo battle last week but states that it takes more than that to earn an opportunity at the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. However, as a result of TJ's promo win last week, Swann will face Perkins in tonight's main event.

If he can beat Swann tonight then the Cruiserweight Championship match at WrestleMania becomes a Triple Threat Match with Rich Swann versus Austin Aries versus TJ Perkins...but if TJ loses then he will have to come to grips with not being on WrestleMania this year.

LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: Drew Gulak found a willing Superstar to take his place in a match against Gran Metalik, taking a shortcut to avoid a match against his rival.

COMING UP NEXT: Drew Gulak goes one on one against Gran Metalik who looks forward to finally getting his hands on Gulak.

MIDDLE CARD PROMO

The Brian Kendrick was hoping that by attacking Gentleman Jack Gallagher a few weeks ago that he would challenge Kendrick to a match. However, it looked like Gallagher settled for a tag team victory over Kendrick where he could have help from his partner. Kendrick should have expected Jack to be a coward and says that he's going to be the man that Gallagher isn't by challenging him to a match.

Gallagher responds by saying that he thought he settled thing after pinning Kendrick in the middle of the ring last week but if Kendrick wanted a match, all he had to do was make the challenge and not attack Jack from behind like a real coward.
