To the wallstreet cowboy JBL returning to win MITB in 2015 in Detroit. To last year's event that say Bray Wyatt hold MITB in his hands in Sunrise, FL.

TONIGHT: The history book awaits and SmackDown Live is holding the pen! Who will be the ones to write their names down tonight?

KICKING THINGS OFF: American Alpha tout their 333-day reign and 10 successful title defenses as NXT Tag Team Champions, the longest and the most in NXT history as well as on SmackDown Live. Now, Jordan and Chad Gable are the #4 ranked tag team on SmackDown Live and they refuse to already be cast offs. So American Alpha have challenged the #3-ranked New Day at Money in the Bank.

• The Bella Twins talk about the different alliances in tonight's match and say that The Bella Twins are about to throw a wrench into their plans when either or Nikki or Brie walk out tonight as Ms. Money in the Bank!

• Becky Lynch plans on tonight being the start of her comeback. Her plan is simple. Win Money in the Bank and use that opportunity to get the submission championship match against Natalya that she's been hunting for!

• Charlotte Flair gives credit to the SmackDown Women's Champion Natalya for running the show but Charlotte feels like it's fated that “The Queen” will be the one to usurp the throne from “The Queen of Harts”. Naomi plans for tonight to be the culmination of all of her hard work. Her blood, sweat and tears are about to pay off when she walks out of St. Louis tonight as the NEW SmackDown Women's Champion!

• Randy Orton hasn't been WWE Champion for quite a long time (with only a one week reign in the Fall of 2012). “The Viper” feels like it's long overdue to win back the WWE Championship and establish his legacy as one of the best to ever hold it. All he's got to do is RKO five other poor souls in his way tonight in front of his hometown of St. Louis!

• Jinder Mahal says that tonight “The Modern Day Maharajah” becomes Mr. Money in the Bank!

• Aiden English shocked the world by beating “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles not once but twice thus depriving the WWE Universe from seeing AJ compete in Money in the Bank. Instead they will receive the honor of witnessing a new WWE Champion in the making, Aiden English!

• “The Show Off” Dolph Ziggler brags about beating the WWE Universe's favorite flavor of the month, Shinsuke Nakamura in their rubber match and tonight Ziggler will give them another reason to complain when he wins Money in the Bank.

• John Cena is grateful to still be able to mix it up for the WWE Championship as he plans on once again winning a Money in the Bank ladder match tonight and give either Roman Reigns or The Rock the toughest challenge of their title reign!
