EARLIER TODAY: News came out that while Mr. McMahon was in charge of WCW management, he had appointed two co-general managers of WCW, Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes.

SHOW OPENER PROMO

“The Nature Boy” Ric Flair '88 congratulates the “Macho Man” Randy Savage '92 on his victory against Sting '99 last week on Nitro to become the new WCW World Heavyweight Champion. He tells Savage to keep the championship nice, shiny and warm because it won't be long until the “Macho Man” is tapping out to Flair's Figure Four and the gold comes back around the waist of “The Nature Boy”!

However, “Slick Ric” brings up how Nitro is in San Antonio tonight which presents him with an opportunity that he simply cannot pass up. Everybody knows that WCW is a Legends brand under the WWE and that Shawn Michaels is backstage despite it being enemy territory. Flair knows that he is the idol of “The Heartbreak Kid” and that “The Nature Boy” and San Antonio just once would love nothing more than to see HBK strut down that Nitro aisle with style and profile to step in the ring with greatness. As WCW co-GM Ric will deal to make this real.
