LAST WEEK ON RAW: A rash Dean Ambrose answered an open challenge from Braun Strowman but was defeated by “The Monster Among Men”. Seth Rollins was unnerved that Ambrose's unpredictability put him and their title reign in danger to which Ambrose cut in and countered by saying that Rollins’ decision-making was a little too by-the-numbers. This provoked “The Kingslayer” into a rash decision of his own: a challenge for Strowman!

LAST WEEK ON RAW IN EL PASO, TEXAS: Elias has been seemed to be on a tour in search of worthy competition and held an open challenge that was answered by WWE Legend and El Paso native, Eddie Guerrero. In a stunning development Elias picked up a victory over “Latino Heat” in what many in the WWE Universe are calling an upset.

INTERVIEW: Elias reveals that he is the current #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship but for some ridiculous reason he's got to wait in line behind Roman Reigns. In the meantime, he guesses that rather than hang out in the green room until he's called on stage, Elias can use this time to show just why he is the best...unlike these people in Atlanta, GA. “Let's face it” Elias says. He doesn't think he'll find any worthy competition here because this is the home of WCW!

The RAW Women's Champion is not a non-profit charity and if Mickie wants another title opportunity then she'll have to win her match tonight.

IN THE LOCKER ROOM AREA: Goldust is very proud of Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel and knew that ever since he became “the keeper of the golden gates” for The Miz that they would be unstoppable and here they are. Here Bo stands as undisputed Intercontinental Champion about to get the biggest win of his career and life, a win against former WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns!

INTERVIEW: Roman Reigns has less-than-flattering words for The Bar after their attack of his old allies Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. He congratulates Bo Dallas for stepping up and defeating his mentor to win his first main roster singles title but adds that Bo's fairy tale ends tonight!

Kalisto announces a deal he's reached with RAW General Manager Kurt Angle to sign on to be a part of the Cruiserweight roster. Kalisto is looking to make a splash by calling out Enzo Amore who has certainly already alienated himself from the 205 Live locker room.

Enzo congratulates Kalisto on coming to 205 Live but tells him he's dreaming if he thinks that this is a bigger deal than “Muscles Marinara” coming to the Cruiserweight Division. Enzo is elevating the brand while Kalisto is only elevating himself, mostly his big head.

LAST WEEK ON RAW: Nia Jax and Maryse defeated Bayley and Sasha Banks! Earlier in the night, Maryse had stressed that Nia and her had to find a way to work together so that they'd prevent Bayley and Sasha to use a win over them for their benefit.

IN THE OFFICE OF THE RAW COMMISSIONER: Bayley and Sasha Banks are looking for a rematch from last week but are denied by RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon who inform them that Nia Jax and Maryse have each individually turned down that possibility this week. Undeterred and still looking to compete, Bayley and “The Boss” settle on facing any two Superstars not cowardly enough to take them on tonight.
