The SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos, make fun of The New Day for continuing their losing streak last week, losing to the dysfunctional team of Mojo Rawley and Sin Cara. However, Jimmy and Jey have not come to poke fun. They have a gift for The New Day. With SmackDown Live being “The land of opportunity”, The Usos have granted The New Day a championship opportunity this Sunday inside Hell in a Cell! Why the generosity? The Usos are two title defenses away from tying their own record of five title defenses from this past Spring and The Usos don't mind beating The New Day like a rug in order to reach their goal.

Jimmy and Jey Uso state a disclaimer that when they enter Hell in a Cell, they are actually stepping right into The Uso Penitentiary. They read The New Day their rights, which included guarantees of an enormous beatdown and a pledge to retain the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. While The New Day promised to turn The Uso Penitentiary into a Hell in a Cell Block Party, countering The Usos’ reading of their rights by presenting the reading of their lefts which stated The Usos would be left in a heap without the titles.
