SHOW OPENER PROMO

The Rock '01 of the WWE Attitude brand stands inside of a WCW Monday Nitro ring and says that it's nothing personal. He's here to compete for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. He doesn't care who's feathers get ruffled because winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship is what he's going to do. For years WCW has called out the WWE so now WCW shouldn't be upset that they're challenge has been answered. Sting '99 appears and seemingly disapproves of this.

INTERVIEW: Kurt Angle voices his congratulations to former WWE Superstar “The Total Package” Lex Luger for his victory against Hugh Morrus last week. Angle wonders if Luger has what it takes to step into the ring with “The Olympic Hero” and wonders what would happen when it's the Torture Rack versus the Ankle Lock. Angle then reveals an announcement from Mr. McMahon that tonight Luger and Sting '99 will take on The Rock '01 and Kurt Angle '01!
