TONIGHT: NXT General Manager William Regal announces an opportunity to announce a new #1 contender to face NXT Champion Johnny Gargano at TakeOver: Philadelphia. There will be four singles matches to set up a Fatal 4-Way Match where the winner will become #1 contender. Tonight, Wolfgang will face Wesley Blake and No Way Jose will face The Velveteen Dream!

The NXT Champion Johnny Gargano greets the NXT Universe in Tampa and talks about his second successful title defense with his victory against Roderick Strong recently at NXT TakeOver. He looks forward to go up against whoever the eventual #1 contender will be.

TWO WEEKS AGO AT NXT TAKEOVER: Adam Cole was victorious in the Triple Threat Hell in a Cell Match against No Way Jose and Killian Dain!

INTERVIEW: Adam Cole told you so. He survived and won the most barbaric match in NXT history and next week Cole faces Aleister Black. Unfortunately for Aleister Black, the people that he's defeated were not Adam Cole and Aleister Black is not on his level.

He only cares about facing Strong so the NXT Title is his at TakeOver: Philadelphia. Lars winning the NXT Championship would mean that he gets to show the world that he is the superstar that he knew he was. Roderick Strong and Johnny Gargano will not stop him. In Philadelphia, the NXT Championship will be in his hands!

Drew Gulak says he's not standing next to the statute of a Greek god, that's just his tag partner “The Premier Athlete” Tony Nese. Enzo Amore calls them Team PowerPoint, a name so clever it needs no explanation, but he'll explain. Tony is all power while Drew likes to make some salient points.

Their skills complement each other perfectly. Gulak compares them to the Justice League. Nese is the Aquaman to his Batman and their actions are in direct reference to their Superman, Enzo Amore. They're going to dedicate their victory tonight to Enzo and Gulak has prepared a special edition of his PowerPoint Presentation which is interrupted.

PRESS INTERVIEW: For Peyton Royce, winning the NXT Women's Championship is a dream come true and she says that she's already the best Women’s Champion in NXT history.

Ember Moon interrupts and asks Peyton who she pinned at TakeOver before reminding Peyton that she pinned Kairi Sane so Ember deserves a match against Peyton for the NXT Women's Title. Billie cuts in and tells Ember that nobody is taking this title away from The Iconic Duo and agrees to give Ember the match on Peyton's behalf.
