LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: Drake Maverick debuted as as 205 Live's new General Manager, announcing a 16-Man Cruiserweight Championship Tournament concluding at WrestleMania! Kicking off this tournament, Gran Metalik defeated the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander in the first round to win the championship and advance to the next round! Furthermore in the first round, TJP defeated Tyler Bate!

TONIGHT: The first round of the Cruiserweight Championship Tournament continues as Hideo Itami goes one one one with Roderick Strong of NXT and Kalisto takes on fellow Lucha House Party member Lince Dorado!

INTERVIEW: Tonight is Kalisto's chance to get one step closer to the Cruiserweight Championship. He promises to show why he is “The King of Flight” and adds that Lince Dorado is his boy and the Lucha House Party will continue no matter what. May the best man win.

Next week, Gulak faces Nese in the tournament and Maverick wants to see who steps up to the plate.

INTERVIEW: Hideo Itami says Roderick Strong is one of the best Cruiserweights but this is Itami's tournament and this is his home. Strong does not belong here and Itami will be going to WrestleMania!
