LAST WEEK: Ronda Rousey signed her WWE contract and had ended up having a heated confrontation with RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon!

IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA: The RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss (alongside Mickie James) is talking to Nia Jax about how much of a shame it is that Nia isn't part of the title picture because Bliss is sure that they could have a rivalry for the ages, especially with a match against each other at WrestleMania. But with Nia failing to win the Elimination Chamber Match for the RAW Women's Championship she's just not high enough in the rankings. “The Goddess” hates to break it to her friend Nia but her dream of going to WrestleMania won't be happening.

MIDDLE CARD PROMO

Due to her failure in the Elimination Chamber Match for the RAW Women's Championship, Nia Jax's road to WrestleMania has come to an end. “The Irresistible Force” feels like she should takes some time to acknowledge all of her fellow Superstars that she's battled up to this point such as Asuka, Sasha Banks and Bayley.

In this teary-eyed moment for Nia she leans on guidance from her friend, the RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss who says that Nia will recover and make it WrestleMania next year...or risk losing everybody's respect for her.

LAST WEEK ON RAW: The Revival defeated Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to become the NEW RAW Tag Team Champions! The Shield's reign lasted 80 days with four successful title defenses (Four being a leading number compared to other teams). Their number of defenses tied with their last title reign that lasted 105 days.

TONIGHT: The Revival are determined to beat all of The Shield's record and become the new tag team to beat in WWE as they look to gain their first successful title defense against Bálor Club!

LAST WEEK AFTER 205 LIVE WENT OFF THE AIR: Chris Jericho defeated AJ Styles and went on to plead his case to SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon that he should be included in the WWE Championship Match at Fastlane since he'd just defeated one of the Superstars in that very match. Shane agreed and the WWE Championship at Fastlane is now a Six-Pack Challenge!

MIDDLE CARD PROMO

John Cena has an idea for a big WrestleMania match if he wins the WWE Championship at Fastlane. He demands that reigning champion Randy Orton use his rematch clause in the event of Cena's victory to turn WrestleMania's WWE Championship Match into a championship rematch between the two.

Cena adds that he's here tonight to avoid an attack from the likes of Orton, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, AJ Styles and Chris Jericho. He wasn't immune from confrontation as Goldust appeared on the scene with visions to shatter Cena's dreams as a starting point to achieve his own WrestleMania dreams.

INTERVIEW: Sasha Banks maintains that Bayley should've understood that it was every woman for herself inside of the Elimination Chamber unlike last week on RAW when Bayley was nowhere to be found when Alexa Bliss pinned Sasha.

NEXT: Bayley gets set to take on Absolution's Mandy Rose without Sasha Banks in her corner. Absolution's Paige points out that “The Huggable One” is making life incredibly difficult for herself tonight without her “Boss” buddy.
