INTERVIEW: Normally a big rubber match win like the one that Rey Mysterio scored against Tony Nese would be enough to net Rey an opportunity at the WCW Cruiserweight Championship but the reigning WCW Cruiserweight Champion Mike Kanellis has enacted a rule that Rey cannot challenge him as long as Kanellis is champion so Rey wishes all of the luck in the world to Mustafa Ali.
