IN THE OFFICE OF THE 205 LIVE GENERAL MANAGER: Originally scheduled to face Noam Dar tonight, Ariya Daivari found himself at odds with 205 Live GM Drake Maverick. Maverick expressed discontent after The Persian Lion said that he couldn't face The Scottish Supernova due to his commitments on RAW with Bobby Lashley. Daivari then tried to argue that Maverick also has new commitments on RAW with AOP. Annoyed with “Daivari Dinero”, Maverick let him know that as long as he fulfills his commitments on 205 Live, he can do whatever he wants on RAW. As a result, Daivari will face Dar next week, no matter what!

Cedric Alexander then enters the frame and says that if Noam Dar is all dressed up and ready to fight then Cedric is game to face him tonight. The Scottish Supernova accepts the challenge as this match tonight will help keep him sharp for his match with Daivari next week.

The Persian Lion then pulls Cedric to the side and recounts Cedric losing the Cruiserweight Championship to Drew Gulak earlier this year and how it has taken Cedric longer than anticipated to once again reach the top of the 205 Live ranks. Daivari says that an aggressive and dominant victory over Noam Dar tonight could be just what the doctor ordered for Cedric to get a nice bump back up the rankings.

Cedric replies by telling him that an additional dominant win against Daivari soon would definitely be what the doctor ordered!
