LAST NIGHT AT SURVIVOR SERIES: Although RAW started off hot with three victories in a row, Team SmackDown LIVE would soon turn things around. The WWE Champion Daniel Bryan of SmackDown LIVE defeated RAW's Universal Champion Roman Reigns! The SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair defeated the RAW Women's Champion Mickie James and Team SmackDown LIVE beat Team RAW in the Traditional Survivor Series Eight-Man Tag Team Elimination Match!

TONIGHT ON RAW: Hot off of his victory against the WWE United States Champion, Shinsuke Nakamura of SmackDown LIVE, it appears that Kevin Owen's vacation has come to an end and a rude awakening may be in store when “The Architect” Seth Rollins challenges KO for the WWE Intercontinental Championship!

LAST WEEK ON RAW: RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon stipulated that if Braun Strowman assisted Team RAW in beating Team SmackDown LIVE then she'd grant him another opportunity at the Universal Championship. Braun was the first one to be eliminated but it's worth noting that he is still ranked at the very top of the ranking.

SHOW OPENER PROMO

Faced with the prospect of appeasing Braun Strowman and Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin with his eyes on a permanent post, Stephanie McMahon announces that Braun would get a Universal Championship Match against Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble if he can defeat Baron Corbin at WWE TLC. However, if Corbin wins, the Acting RAW GM will get the permanent GM position he's been trying to gain!

Since Strowman's unfortunate early elimination last night, the decision to pick a stipulation for his match against Corbin at TLC has fallen to Corbin himself. The Acting RAW GM chooses to faces Braun in a TLC Match, stating that with tables, ladders, chairs and the absence of rules at his disposal, the odds overwhelmingly favor Corbin.

The Acting RAW GM doesn't hesitate to put his Strowman through the ringer tonight, immediately putting him into a Handicap Match against Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. However, Stephanie intervenes, transforming the bout into a Six-Man Tag Team Match pitting Strowman, Finn Bálor and Elias against McIntyre, Lashley and Corbin.
