THIS PAST SUNDAY AT REBELLION: LAX defeated The Lucha Brothers in a No Disqualification Tag Team Match to become the NEW Impact World Tag Team Champions! Also, Brian Cage defeated Johnny Impact to win the Impact World Championship but was attacked by Michael Elgin afterwards in a surprise attack!

IN-RING PROMO: Michael Elgin boasts about landing the new Impact World Champion Brian Cage in the hospital when Johnny Impact interrupts to take responsibility for Cage's hospitalization and voice his intent to activate his rematch clause against Cage.

Konnan then appears and mentions how LAX and The Lucha Brothers have made peace and that he now also represents both teams. He then states that Pentagon Jr. wants a shot at the Impact World Championship. Elgin then grabs Konnan. which prompts Pentagon Jr. to run out for the save before security break up the fight. After Pentagon Jr. heads to the back with Konnan. Elgin dispatches the security surrounding him!

INTERVIEW: Madison Rayne talks about winning the Knockouts Championship before Taya Valkyrie walks in and challenges her for it.

BACKSTAGE: After meeting with Impact management, Taya Valkyrie is told that she will get a shot at Madison Rayne for the Knockouts Championship. However, the two will face off in a match beforehand and if Madison wins then Taya will lose her shot!

BACKSTAGE: Moose offers taking Ethan Page’s place in the tag team match next week so he can have a singles match against RVD.

VIDEO PACKAGE: Impact Hall of Famer Gail Kim feels great after her victory against Tessa Blanchard at Rebellion and also gives Tessa her stamp of approval of being at her level.

INTERVIEW: After Tully Blanchard hugs his daughter, he mentions how Tessa's performance agaisnt Gail Kim gave him flashbacks to Wahoo McDaniel and Dusty Rhodes. Those guys gave everything they had and Tessa and Gail gave it everything they had. Tully was in the front row and it was magnificent to watch. It was great seeing the respect after the match.
