LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: Mustafa Ali showed up with a clean bill of health and found it interesting that he was sent home by 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick after having just become the #1 contender for the Cruiserweight Championship in the rankings. Ali vowed not to go anywhere until he got his opportunity at Drew Gulak and the Cruiserweight Championship.
Gulak then appeared and got under Ali's skin by taunting and berating him. With the blessing of a conflicted Drake Maverick, Gulak then brought out security to escort Ali out of the arena for “his own well-being”. Ali then responded by laying out Gulak which set off a brawl that Gulak got the better of!
TONIGHT ON 205 LIVE: With the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak declining a challenge to fight Mustafa Ali tonight, “The Heart of 205 Live” is intent on unleashing his aggression and lays out a challenge to anyone on 205 Live, friend or foe!
NEXT: While the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak has appreciated Akira Tozawa joining his cause, he's taken issue with Tozawa not adhering to Gulak's principles: No chanting and no high-flying. These are two of Tozawa's offenses and Gulak will not tolerate hypocrisy within his ranks! As a result, Gulak has sent Gentleman Jack Gallagher to give Tozawa a painful lesson tonight!
