TONIGHT ON SMACKDOWN LIVE: Despite Asuka losing in the Triple Threat for the SmackDown Women's title Match at SummerSlam, the SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch has accepted “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka's challenge for the title tonight because according to her, not everybody gets the opportunities that “The Queen” Charlotte Flair always gets!
NEXT: The Bar's SmackDown Tag Team Championship victory at SummerSlam marks their fifth tag team titles (the other four being on RAW). As a result, The Bar have joined the Five-Timers Club and call out Booker T to help welcome them into the fold. However, the five-time WCW Champion isn't the most enthusiastic about the occasion which offends The Bar who look like they're about to make an example out of him. All of a sudden, Detroit's own Diesel appears to even the odds!

LAST WEEK ON SMACKDOWN LIVE: After weeks of being the victim of physical and mental torment from Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy squared off against “The Viper” in a highly personal contest that saw “The Viper” gain the pinfall after an Avalanche RKO!
MIDDLE CARD PROMO
Jeff Hardy is still out for payback against Randy Orton but mentioned that he felt born again after pummeling “The Viper” last week during their match. “The Charismatic Enigma” is now intent on finishing what Randy has started and calls out WWE's Apex Predator, but Orton, averse to appeasing the WWE Universe, refuses to give his foe the satisfaction.
Unphased by Randy's mind games, Jeff makes a bigger challenge to “The Viper” for WWE Hell in a Cell... inside Hell in a Cell itself! Hardy will have to wait for a response though, as Orton simply drops his microphone and walks away without a response. However, “The Charismatic Enigma” decides that if Randy won't give him an answer then he'll beat one into him, and launches an attack on “The Viper”, setting off a brawl that Hardy gets the better of!
