LAST WEEK ON RAW: RAW Acting General Manager Baron Corbin named himself as the captain of the Men's Team RAW at Survivor Series, appointing Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre on the team. Corbin also named Alexa Bliss as the captain of the Women's Team RAW!
SHOW OPENER PROMO
Braun Strowman wants a rematch against Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, something that “The Big Dog” doesn't mind running back again. However, RAW Acting GM Baron Corbin declines Braun's request and states that while WWE management still ranks Strowman very high, Corbin has ranked “The Monster Among Men” back to the end of the line. Braun challenges Baron to a match right then and there but Corbin declines as he states Survivor Series business as his unavailability. Strowman responds by attacking Corbin, sparking a brawl that “The Monster Among Men” gets the better of!

IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA: RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon tells Braun Strowman that if he helps Team RAW beat Team SmackDown LIVE at Survivor Series then he'll receive an opportunity at the Universal Championship. Furthermore, not only will Braun receive a match against Baron Corbin but he'll get to choose the stipulation. All Braun has to do is be a team player until after Survivor Series.
LAST WEEK ON RAW: Ember Moon lost a friend and gained an enemy last week when Nia Jax threw in with Tamina to oppose “The War Goddess”!

The RAW Women's Champion Mickie James doesn't need a pep talk for her match against the SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair '18. “The Queen” may have the Figure Eight but Mickie has a long resume to stack right next to it. Charlotte is just going be one more in a line of formidable foes with devastating holds that Mickie has bested!
INTERVIEW: Last week, Drew McIntyre defeated Kurt Angle in a rematch from their World Cup Match at Crown Jewel. A victory that “The Scottish Psychopath” frames as nothing less than a remaking of RAW in his own image.
ELSEWHERE: Finn Bálor is interviewed one week removed from his RAW victory over Zack Ryder. As far as Drew McIntye's claims, Finn says that McIntyre is going to have a hard time remaking Finn into anything and is ready to take on “The Scottish Psychopath” is he wants to try.
However, Finn's focus is on taking down as many Superstars as he has to do to get an opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship. Sami Zayn crashes the interview and tells Finn that he wasn't impressed with Finn either last week. Finn challenges Sami to a match tonight but Sami tells Finn that he must prove himself worthy first since KO has nothing to prove against Finn.
NEXT: If Finn Bálor wants a match against Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental championship then he must first beat Sami Zayn. If Finn wants that match against Sami then he must first get past “The Modern Day Maharaja” Jinder Mahal who is coming off a win over Matt Hardy last week on RAW where he laid out Hardy after the match!

This Sunday, the Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens will compete in a dream match when he goes toe-to-toe with the United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Apparently, the only Superstar worthy enough to face KO is not even on the RAW brand. Acting GM Baron Corbin asked KO to keep a close eye on RAW last week to see if there were any possible contenders to his title that impressed him and KO was not impressed. As a result, KO is looking forward to returning to his vacation after he beats Nakamura at Survivor Series!
NEXT: It takes a lot to get Natalya worked up into a wrath, but Liv Morgan certainly did a lot to provoke her when she destroyed a pair of sunglasses belonging to Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart. Natalya responded in kind, ambushing Liv!

Roman is suddenly interrupted by an unscheduled appearance by none other than Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman who voice their opinions that Braun has already squandered his opportunity and that it should be “The Beast” who's next in line.
Brock puts an exclamation mark on that statement by slugging Roman Reigns in the face, leading to a brawl that “The Beast Incarnate” gets the better of!
