“The Phenomenal” AJ Styles comes out alongside Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows and makes fun of Dean Ambrose for getting continuously beat up by Brock Lesnar (...and AJ Styles). He says that it's only a matter of time now before Ambrose is finished off by Brock. Then Dean will have to leave WWE Championship competition to A...J...Styles! The WWE Tag Team Champions, The Shield come out and Ambrose says that tonight it's going to be AJ Styles and the rest of his club that are going to get beat up tonight when they face off in six-man tag team action. Dean also gets in a jab at AJ for attacking Shawn Michaels backstage at RAW but getting beat up when it was all said and done. AJ tells Ambrose that he's going to deliver the beating that Michaels deserves on Ambrose tonight.

Emma commandeers an interview, addresses Dana Brooke's debut loss on RAW to Alicia Fox and says that she's going to teach Dana how it's done here tonight.

Post-Match: Emma protests the finish to the official as Paige looks very proud of herself. The camera briefly cuts to Dana Brooke backstage who is watching all of this and chuckling.

Footage is shown of Brie Bella on RAW this past Monday talking about her claim to the WWE Women's Championship that she has earned and the lack of opportunities presented to her due to WWE Women's Champion, Sasha Banks and Charlotte's boiling hot rivalry. Brie then talks about her success on Total Divas and Total Bellas and shows how she took a WWE Divas Championship belt from her mantle and put it around her waist since she feels like she is the true champion in the WWE. Natalya disputed this and won a match to show Brie that Nattie was in fact the real true champion.

Footage is shown of Charlotte defeating Tamina last Monday night on RAW. After the match, the WWE Women's Champion, Sasha Banks' music hit but “The Boss” would slyly slide in from behind to attack Charlotte and leave her laying.

WWE Women's Champion, “The Boss” Sasha Banks is interviewed and asked about her cowardly attack on Charlotte on RAW. Sasha claims that there was nothing cowardly about it. Banks defeated Charlotte for the WWE Women's Championship at Payback and had to remind Charlotte who was the boss around here after Charlotte's fluke win last week on RAW. Sasha says that she beat Charlotte at Payback for the WWE Women's Championship and at Extreme Rules, she's going to finish her off!

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens call themselves “The New Generation” and they talk about how Neville is just a bump in the road that they will crush tonight on their way to making SmackDown (and RAW) “The Sami and Kevin Show” or “Kevin and Sami Show”.

Last Monday night on RAW, Former WWE United States Champion, Chris Jericho challenged reigning WWE United States Champion, “The Viper” Randy Orton to a rematch at Extreme Rules. Tonight on SmackDown, Jericho is saying that he wants that match to be an Extreme Rules match.
