The Survivor Series Kickoff starts off with an announcement from Mr. McMahon who has met with both Commissioners and General Managers for RAW and SmackDown Live. He announces that the winning team tonight will then face off against each other in December where the winner will earn the opportunity to challenge their brand's respective champion at the Royal Rumble event in January.
