Last week on RAW IS WAR: British Bulldog defeated Scotty 2 Hotty to become the NEW Hardcore Champion. Meanwhile, Faarooq called out Cactus Jack '98 and defeated him in a promo battle, agreeing to face Cactus Jack in a match, just not on that night.
