Up Next: Heath Slater and Rhyno take on The Ascension!

Konnor and Viktor of The Ascension were one of the most dominant tag teams in NXT history with two NXT Tag Team Championship reigns that lasted a combined length of 469 days, the most in the history of the NXT tag team division. Now members of the SmackDown Live roster, The Ascension look to dominate SmackDown Live in the same fashion.

After being seemingly ignored in the WWE Draft last year, Heath Slater has had to repeatedly justify his existence on the SmackDown roster. Slater would get a shot in the arm in the form of “The Man Beast” Rhyno and together the tandem would climb the ranks of the SmackDown Live tag team division. Tonight, Slater and Rhyno look to hold on to their spots near the top as Heath looks to bring home the winner's share of the purse home to his many kids.
