Tonight on RAW: The WWE Universal Champion Neville will be in action against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann in what promises to be an exciting fast-paced and action packed Champion versus Champion bout! Who will call themselves the greater champion? Footage is shown of Swann being interviewed talking about how this is a huge opportunity for Swann and the 205 Live brand. Swann and 205 Live are looking to make a big statement tonight.

Also tonight: Roman Reigns calls out the WWE United States Champion Braun Strowman to a fight just days prior to their United States Championship match at Fastlane!

Last week on RAW: Seth Rollins tried walking out of his match, attempting to take another shortcut to preserve his strength for more important matches. Kurt Angle '06 rushed to ringside to bring him back into the ring so the match could be finished!

Backstage: After getting laid out by Braun Strowman last week, Roman Reigns tells the RAW General Manager, Mick Foley, that he wants Strowman tonight. Foley tells Roman that he cannot give him a match against Strowman tonight because of their scheduled United States Championship match in two weeks at Fastlane. However, he can still grant Roman his request in the form of a six-man tag team match.

This Sunday at Fastlane: After an upset defeat to Chris Jericho on the final RAW of 2016, Goldberg finally gets his rematch against the list-wielding Jericho!

Up next: Chris Jericho has a surprise in store for his Fastlane opponent, Goldberg!

Last week on RAW: After defeating Cesaro and Sheamus in a rematch, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows's attacks continued on Cesaro and Sheamus. Also last week, Rusev and Jinder Mahal experienced what they considered to be a humiliating defeat when they lost to The Golden Truth.

The newest member of the RAW roster, Samoa Joe, isn't here to play games. He calls out Finn Bálor and challenged the Demon to a match this Sunday. Finn chuckles derisively and tells Joe that it isn't something he can just switch on at the drop of a hat. Joe replies by surmising that Finn is simply trying to cover up his cowardice because if Joe skips a step or two and puts the Demon to sleep then Finn will be exposed for the fraud that he is. Finn accepts the challenge but the demon's appearance is left unclear.

Interview: The WWE Universal Champion Neville has been enjoying Brock Lesnar's frustrations. WWE management would probably love nothing more than to draft Neville to 205 Live and as a matter of fact, Neville reveals that WWE officials have been waiting for Neville to drop out of the title picture to immediately draft him to 205 Live which Neville loves just as much.

Neville also loves that another cruiserweight match is main eventing RAW. Here he is, Neville as the WWE Universal Champion and after Fastlane this Sunday he will still be right here on RAW with the Universal Championship around his waist as the “King of the Cruiserweights”!
