ALSO AT FASTLANE: Seth Rollins picked up a hard-fought victory over Kurt Angle!

TONIGHT ON RAW: The WWE Universal Champion Neville will be in action! Also, “The Olympic Gold Medalist” Kurt Angle looks to bounce back into the winner's column when he competes in singles competition.

COMING UP NEXT: Goldberg looks to avenge he suffered in his first match back in the WWE against Chris Jericho on the Christmas edition of RAW. Goldberg, who has been ruthlessly antagonized by Jericho ever since, is also looking to shut Jericho's mouth in the process with a dominant win.

EARLIER TONIGHT: The RAW Women's Champion Charlotte was shown meeting with members of The Authority. Stephanie McMahon in particular has been very vocal about Charlotte's (as well as Sasha Banks and Bayley) failure representing RAW last year at Survivor Series against SmackDown's women's team and Stephanie has been vocal about punishing these Superstars for their failure, including lack of championship opportunities.

NOTE: By defeating the women's Team RAW at Survivor Series last year, Team SmackDown won a guaranteed spot on the WrestleMania card, relegating the RAW Women's Championship match to the WrestleMania Kickoff. This would seemingly explain Stephanie McMahon's obsession with punishing the women's Team RAW.

BACKSTAGE: Charlotte asks her father, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair to remain backstage during her championship rematch tonight. Ric is confused by this but ultimately accepts the request.

He doesn't care what Paul Heyman and his attorneys told RAW GM Mick Foley, The Rock vows to be at WrestleMania. Although he is legally locked out of the Universal Championship match at WrestleMania, The Rock will still be challenging for some gold. Rock then tells SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon and SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan that he'll see them tomorrow night on The Rock's show, SmackDown Live.
