TWO WEEKS AGO ON 205 LIVE: After defeating Mustafa Ali the week prior, Cedric Alexander defeated Austin Aries by pinfall. However, the pinfall occurred under the ropes out of the official's field of vision. As a result, Alexander and Aries met in a rematch the following week on 205 Live. This time Aries picked up the win by submission with The Last Chancery.

TONIGHT ON 205 LIVE: Although Austin Aries and Cedric Alexander have been mutually respectful towards each other during these series of matches, Aries now has weight behind his claim that Cedric's initially victory over him holds no weight. As a result, a confident Cedric Alexander vouches to void his initially victory over him tonight in favor of a rematch tonight.

THIS PAST MONDAY NIGHT ON RAW: TJP defeated Rich Swann with the stipulation that Swann would lose his contractually obligated championship rematch and TJP would go on to become the new #1 contender.

TONIGHT: TJP and Rich Swann square off in a rematch to determine who really is the #1 contender for the Cruiserweight Championship.
