TONIGHT ON 205 LIVE: Former Cruiserweight Champion TJP will go one on one against Gran Metalik who has a Cruiserweight Championship opportunity in his back pocket after defeating then-champion TJP in non-title competition on WWE Main Event two weeks ago. One of these two cruiserweights will lose their championship opportunity after tonight.

LAST WEEK: After weeks of suffering loss after loss to Ariya Daivari (to the point where Daivari unofficially hired him as his personal enhancement talent), Lince Dorado bounced back in a big way by finally knocking off Daivari and following it up with a big win against former Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak on WWE Main Event.

TONIGHT: Lince Dorado goes up against Cedric Alexander who is coming out on the losing end of a rivalry against Austin Aries. Will Cedric continue to slide down the ranks with another loss or will he put a stop to Lince Dorado's sudden momentum?

Aries will be watching very closely.

Aries is interrupted by Tony Nese who tells Aries that the person he should be watching closely is “The Premiere Athlete” Tony Nese because he is the future of this brand. Aries asks Nese how the weather is down where he is in the rankings of the cruiserweight division to which Nese replies that it's going to look a lot sweeter after he beats Aries tonight...provided that Aries is man enough to accept his challenge.
