It's an Independence Day edition of RMW and it's time to have a bash at this beach!

TONIGHT: After beating his rival Johnny Retro twice in a row, Zack Sabre Jr. has set his sights on the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. If Zack Sabre Jr. can defeat Road Warrior Hawk tonight then he will go on to face Road Warrior Animal in a #1 contender's match for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship currently held by Colt Cabana!

PREVIOUSLY ON RMW: As the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis continues his journey back up the ranks, Hollywood Nova and The Blue Meanie of the bWo are two wrestlers defeated by “The National Treasure”.

NEXT: Hollywood Nova and The Blue Meanie refuse to be mere stepping stones or enhancement talent for Nick Aldis' quest for glory. Both bWo members have called out Nick Aldis for a rematch before they start to argue with each other over which one of them will be the one to face the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. They agree that whichever one of them leaves with their hand raised tonight will be the one to challenge “The National Treasure” to a rematch.

TONIGHT: Johnny Retro and Jeff Cobb face off once more as Johnny Retro looks to regain some momentum after losing twice to Sabre Jr. and Jeff Cobb looks to take down Johnny and take the spotlight that was on him the last time they met.
