TONIGHT ON RAW: Roman Reigns looks to best his opponent at No Mercy, John Cena, by displaying a better performance against Jordan than Cena displayed last week.

The war of words between the No Mercy opponents picked up where it left off, with each critiquing the quality of the other's performance against Jason Jordan. Cena accused Reigns of failing to rise to his level in each of their head-to-heads on the microphone. Reigns countered by insinuating that Cena came to RAW because he sensed “The Big Dog” encroaching on his supremacy and was worried he wouldn't be able to break out of WWE the way The Rock did.

Riengs got the emphatic last word, and Cena seemed ready to throw down right then and there. In two weeks, he'll get his wish.

IN THE OFFICE OF THE RAW GENERAL MANAGER: The WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz confronted RAW GM Kurt Angle over failing to schedule an Intercontinental Title Match for No Mercy, Angle countered that he had planned a Fatal 4-Way Match tonight to determine The Miz's next challenger at the PPV. The participants? Elias, The Hardy Boyz and Jason Jordan.

Angle is very wary about having his son compete in two matches tonight, especially after his last two bouts were against two of the biggest Superstars in WWE, but Jason insists and Angle concedes that his inclusion would be acknowledgement to Jordan's attitude and work ethic; a thank you for stepping in and risking a lot to take on Cena and Reigns.

The Miz accuses Angle of favoring Jordan over veterans such as The Miztourage, in favor of repairing his relationship with his “son”. Clearly taking the accusations to heart, Jordan defended his father and convinced Kurt to stack the odds against him by adding The Miztourage to the match, to which Angle agreed.

INTERVIEW: The RAW Women's Champion Paige says that she currently holds the record for most successful title defenses in the history of the RAW Women's Championship since the title became exclusive to RAW and at No Mercy she looks forward to putting on a great show against Mickie James but adds that she plans on besting Mickie one more time.

Nia Jax crashes the interview and reveals that she just had a meeting with the RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon who agreed that Nia would be a great champion to represent RAW. If Nia can beat Paige tonight then Nia will be added to the RAW Women's Championship match at No Mercy!

Despite the fact that the last time that Brock Lesnar and Samoa Joe squared off one-on-one, Joe defeated Lesnar, the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and his advocate Paul Heyman invite Samoa Joe to Suplex City to see if Joe truly was “The Samoan Submission Machine”. Brock sucker punches Joe which prompts a brawl that Brock gets the better of.

IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA: The Big Show (who defeated #1 contender for the Universal Championship Samoa Joe in a steel cage match last week) is shown watching the segment with Brock and Joe intently.

LAST WEEK ON RAW: After challenging the RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to a championship rematch at No Mercy, The Bar were defeated by Heath Slater and Rhyno!

IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA: The Bar are arguing with Gallows and Anderson over each team's failure last week. When Rollins and Ambrose step in to tell both teams that they have no problems beating them both, a tussle ensues and is broken up by security, Kurt Angle steps in to tell all involved to take their aggression out in the ring.
