When Shawn Michaels is asked why he low blowed Bret Hart last week he admits that things got a little heated out there and perhaps he wasn't thinking straight when he did that. HBK adds that the rematch for the tag titles on SmackDown '00 wasn't warranted since HBK already beat The Hart Foundation for the tag titles on RAW IS WAR so the outrage over the DQ is inconsequential.
