LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick revealed that Mustafa Ali had been suffering from severe exhaustion but was expected to make a full recovery. Maverick also explained that he would not allow “The Heart of 205 Live” to compete until he feels Ali is ready.

MIDDLE CARD PROMO

Mustafa Ali shows up with a clean bill of health and finds it interesting that he was sent home by 205 Live GM Drake Maverick after having just become the #1 contender for the Cruiserweight Championship in the rankings. Ali promises to take care of himself but he wants an opportunity at the Cruiserweight Championship.

Drew Gulak gets under Ali's skin by berating “The Heart of 205 Live”, accusing Ali of being a pushover and continuing to taunt the him. With the blessing of a conflicted Drake Maverick, Gulak then brings out security to escort Ali out of the arena for “his own well-being”. Ali reacts by laying out Gulak which sets off a brawl that Gulak gets the better of!
