My WWE 2K18 Results: WWE 205 Live (Jan.W2.17)

WWE 205 Live
January.Week 2.2017
Honolulu, HI

Last month on 205 Live: Lince Dorado played back footage of his victory against The Brian Kendrick from the week prior with the Shooting Star Press. After the match, Lince thought that a sportsmanlike handshake would take place but what transpired was Kendrick resorting to a pathetic low blow. All that this has accomplished was Lince focusing all of his attention on a rematch against Kendrick and in that rematch Kendrick would be sorry he ever even thought about what he did.

Kendrick then appeared and said that he looked into Lince's eyes after the match and saw that he had already written off Kendrick as if he was some lowly amateur nobody. With his actions, Kendrick insured himself another opportunity at a match against Lince by knowing exactly how Lince would react. Like getting into a time machine and fixing your past, The Brian Kendrick will put down and defeat Lince Dorado.

The following week on 205 Live: Kendrick would make good on his promise by defeating Lince Dorado (although Kendrick continued his dirty tactics by having his feet on the ropes to help get the pin).

Last week on 205 Live: Lince Dorado came to the ring and refused to make excuses for losing to The Brian Kendrick the week before. Lince should have expected more dirty tricks from the cruiserweight veteran. With one win a piece between them, Lince has no other recourse but to challenge Kendrick to a tie-breaking rubber match. If Kendrick wins again then he is truly the better man and Lince is simply no match for his veteran trickery. However, if Lince wins then it'll be indisputable evidence of who the better man is.

Tonight on 205 Live: It will be the tie-breaking rubber match as The Brian Kendrick goes one on one with Lince Dorado who is looking to settle the score and overcome whatever the cruiserweight veteran has in store. Kendrick is currently the number two contender for the WWE Cruiserweight Champion so Lince might find himself in the Cruiserweight Championship picture soon if he can win this match tonight.

Also tonight: After being bested on the mic last night on RAW by his opponent at the Royal Rumble, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann will have a face-to-face with Gentleman Jack Gallagher tonight. Will Gallagher beat Swann on the mic once again and increase his momentum heading into the Rumble or will the Cruiserweight Champ even things up on the mic?

Mustafa Ali comes out and talks about his rivalry with Tony Nese. While it's been intense as all competition should be, deep down Ali has been enjoying every minute it and calls Nese awesome competition. So when Nese offered a handshake last week, of course Ali wanted to accept it. However, Ali would immediately learn how much of a scumbag Nese is when he kicked Ali down low. He says that Nese must feel threatened as a competitor and maybe even as a man.

Tony Nese appears and tells Ali to get it straight. Nese is “The Premiere Athlete” which means he takes a backseat to nobody on 205 Live. Ali says that he would be glad to be the one to teach Nese a lesson in humbleness personally and challenges Nese to a rematch. Nese accepts but not tonight. He'd rather enjoy whataver Hawaii has left to offer than to waste his time with Mustafa Ali.

Last week on 205 Live: In an effort to remain completely focused, Cedric Alexander asked Alicia Fox to stay backstage during his Fatal 4-Way Match tonight. He cited his loss to Austin Aries on RAW last month as a precedent.

Fox wants to be at ringside tonight to see Cedric beat Aries in a rematch and then realize that she isn't a hindrance at ringside.
