Tonight: With 2016 in the books, WWE RAW '16 and SmackDown '16 premiere on WWE 2K18 Universe Mode as retro programming. The Authority even add that they have signed a deal for a one-year extension for RAW '16 in particular.

Also Tonight: RAW '16 emanates from WCW country in Atlanta, Georgia and WCW Superstars are making it known that they're here on RAW '16 tonight to remind everybody on RAW '16 that Atlanta is WCW country!

John “Bradshaw” Layfield is giving the WWE Universe in Orlando, Florida and all over the world cause to celebrate because he is back. He is the longest reigning champion in SmackDown history and that automatically punches his ticket in the halls of destiny. That means that it's only a matter of time before he's got gold around his waist once again.

While looking at the rankings he noticed what had to be typographical errors as he saw some garden gnome named Daniel Bryan ranked ahead of him. Before the self-proclaimed “Wrestling God” can fulfill his destiny of reclaiming gold, he must right what he calls the Daniel Bryan injustice.

Austin talks about how he's on the road to their World Heavyweight Championship match and at the end of that road there's going to be a ruthless, unstoppable killing machine who isn't going to take any prisoners and on the other end there's going to be Arnold T1. “The Rattlesnake” mentions that it has been said that Arnold T1 cannot be stopped, harmed or defeated by anyone. Well, that sumbitch has yet to experience the otherworldly can of whoop-ass that ol' Stone Cold has ready for him!
