NEXT MONDAY NIGHT ON RAW '16: It will be a night of Champion versus Champion clashes as the WWE Champion '05-'13, Edge takes on the World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio, the Women's Champion '98-'10 Lita will take on the Divas Champion Charlotte Flair '17 and a Triple Threat Match will take place with the Intercontinental Champion '94, Ricky Steamboat takes on the United States Champion (Cena), Booker T and the European Champion Eddie Guerrero!

NEXT WEEK ON SMACKDOWN '00: It's Survivor Series week as RAW '16 will feature a night of three Traditional Survivor Series Eight-Man Tag Team Elimination Matches!

ANNOUNCEMENT: For the men's match, Diesel and Hollywood Hulk Hogan have been announced as captains of opposing teams. For the women's match, Carmella '16 and Peyton Royce '15 have been named as opposing captains. And rounding out the show, the World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio will lead a team of all-champions to take on a team of their prospective upcoming challengers led by Kurt Angle '06!

SHOW OPENER PROMO

With RAW '16 emanating from Manchester, England, what better way to start the show than by introducing the greatest European Champion in WWE history: Shawn Michaels '97! As “The Heartbreak Kid” is serenaded by a chorus of boisterous boos, he announces that Captain Diesel has already assembled his team. Team Kliq will consist of Diesel, HBK, Triple H '01 and Razor Ramon!

Hollywood Hulk Hogan interrupts and calls HBK as the greatest European Champion an absolute joke. “The Hulkster” may not be from merry old England but tonight he's standing up for the red, white and blue brothers from across the pond to shut Shawn's mouth! Hogan challenges HBK tonight but HBK declines, feeling that Manchester doesn't deserve to see HBK kick Hulk's teeth down his throat.

Michaels' counteroffers with a tag team match with Diesel and HBK against Hogan and whomever. Hogan accepts and asks Team Kliq what they're going to do when Team Hollywood runs wild on them.

The WWE Divas Champion Charlotte Flair '17 plans on defeating the WWE Women's Champion '98-'10 Lita next Monday night on RAW '16 and prove that not only is the Divas Championship superior but that “The Queen” is superior to Lita! After a brief promo battle, Charlotte clocks Lita with the mic, sparking a brawl that Lita gets the better of!
