LAST SUNDAY AT WWE EXTREME RULES: TJP defeated Gentleman Jack Gallagher to become the NEW WWE Cruiserweight Champion!

THE NEXT NIGHT ON RAW: TJP was scheduled to face Gran Metalik in a Cruiserweight Championship match when he was suddenly and inexplicably attacked by former WWE Universal Champion Neville.

SHOW OPENER PROMO

Neville saw it coming from miles and miles away. Once he was ousted from the Universal Championship picture he would be sent packing to 205 Live where he could pose no threat. 205 Live is now Pandora's box and Brock Lesnar better hope that nobody lets him out. This is Neville's kingdom now, he is clearly the best cruiserweight on this show and tonight he wants his crown.

If the reigning Cruiserweight Champion TJP has any pride as a man then he would accept Neville's challenge after the beating that Neville unleashed upon him this past Monday night on RAW. TJP says that Neville thinks he's the king of the castle already just because he took down Brock Lesnar. The champ has news for Neville: TJP could have taken down Brock and won the Universal Championship just as well as Neville did and tonight TJP will prove it by putting Neville in his place.

LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: Ariya Daivari once again defeated Lince Dorado in their rematch. This time after the match, instead of shaking hands, Daivari stomped away at Lince.

TONIGHT: Lince Dorado comes to grips with losing to Ariya Daivari two weeks in a row, not to mention being on the receiving end of a stomping. Where does he go from here? It's simple, he gets right back up and asks for more. So tonight Lince Dorado calls out Daivari one more time.

INTERVIEW: A very amused Ariya Daivari accepts Lince Dorado's challenge and says that he'll happily indulge Lince tonight if he craves another beating. From here on in, Daivari is unofficially hiring Lince as his personal enhancement talent. Daivari will personally deposit funds from his deep pockets into Lince's bank account for a good and continuous job well done.

LAST WEEK ON 205 LIVE: After The Brian Kendrick teased walking out of the match with Akira Tozawa, Tozawa would subvert Kendrick by walking out of the match himself, giving Kendrick a count out win.

The Brian Kendrick's inflated ego is on full display as he talks about how he considered walking out of his match with Akira Tozawa last week before ultimately reconsidering. Kendrick believes to be above Tozawa's level and Tozawa proved Kendrick's point last week by losing the match. The Brian Kendrick wants Akira Tozawa to realize that Kendrick is above him.

Tozawa interrupts and tells Kendrick that if he is truly above Tozawa then he would have no problem displaying his greatness in front of the WWE Universe with an “easy” win over Tozawa. However, Tozawa thinks that Kendrick is just very afraid of falling to the “powah” of Tozawa!

That confidence would prove to be Aries' undoing as Cedric would come away with the win against Aries.

INTERVIEW: Mustafa Ali challenges Rich Swann to a rematch and says that if Swann can beat him twice in a row then Ali will concede and spare Swann of any more rematches. If Swann can beat him tonight then Ali will wish him luck challenging for the Cruiserweight Championship. However, if Swann fails to recapture the Cruiserweight Championship then he can expect Ali to be waiting in the wings, ready for another match and ready for victory...However, Ali does not plan to wait that long and tonight he plans to take home a win against Rich Swann!
