However, after “The Heartbreak Kid” defeated Hart to become the new WWE Champion at Saturday Night's Main Event, it seemed as though all of that momentum had completely shifted to the side of HBK who now held two straight victories over Bret. With an ego on full-on turbo mode, Michaels challenged Bret to another rematch last week, anxious to avenge every last one of his losses to “The Hitman”. HBK sought for victory #3 over Bret Hart but walked out of the ring with Bret Hart loss #5. Tonight, an impossibly stubborn and determined “Heartbreak Kid” has demanded another match with “The Hitman”.
