Last week on WCW Saturday Night, a clash of egos! Ric Flair '88 and WCW World Heavyweight Champion Tatsumi Fujinami were scheduled into a tag match that went disastrous for them. Both Superstars were clearly focused on trying to one-up each other before their title match.

A revemge-minded WCW World Heavyweight Champion Tatsumi Fujinami comes out to the ring, calls out Ric Flair '88 and challenges him to a match tonight. Flair accepts the challenge for only one reason and that reason is that he wants to put Fujinami in his place. All of a sudden Fujinami wins back the WCW World Heavyweight Championship and he thinks he runs the place. Well, “The Nature Boy” wants to take this opportunity tonight to remind “The Dragon” that “The Nature Boy” is the real WCW World Heavyweight Champion and Fujinami is simply taking his WCW World Heavyweight Championship on a field trip until “Slick Ric” wins it right back.
