The Rock '01 defeated Shawn Michaels '98 for the WWE Championship two weeks ago on SmackDown. Meanwhile, the King of the Ring tournament winner, Big Show '00 has been waiting in the wings waiting to make his challenge while Michaels has been insisting on activating the rematch clause in his contract. The solution was simple for WWE officials. Rather than have The Rock run a gauntlet, in the interest of fairness there will be a Triple Threat Match tonight for the WWE Championship tonight on The Rock's show SmackDown!

The WWE Intercontinental Champion The Undertaker '00 calls out the man who's been calling him out, WCW's Sting '99 who has been on an excursion to the WWE Attitude brands. Undertaker says that if WCW thinks that they can just waltz in here and take the WWE Intercontinental Championship then they have another thing coming, he doesn't care who it is that they've sent.

Last week on SmackDown '00, Lita defeated Ivory by pinfall. Can Ivory pick up the victory in their rematch?
