Last
week on RAW, the new #1 contender for the WWE Universal Championship,
Neville, came out to the ring and talked about fighting and
overcoming all of the odds put in front of him this Sunday at Clash
of Champions. He promised to make fools out of his doubters and at
Clash of Champions he plans to shock the world when he takes down
“The Beast” Brock Lesnar and ends his reign as Universal
Champion.

WWE
Universal Champion Brock Lesnar says that he is only here on RAW
tonight because he was contractually obligated to make an appearance.
He doesn't even think talking about Neville is worth his time. He
doesn't care about anyone here in Indianapolis enough to talk to them
tonight. All he will say is that if you like to see animals at the
top of the food chain take down, obliterate and victimize their prey
on those wildlife channels then you should tune in to Clash of
Champions in Sunday because Neville is about to walk into a
slaughterhouse.
Neville
fights back on the mic as a promo battle kicks off. Before the
possibility arises of Brock getting bested on the mic, he lays out
Neville with a kick down low as a brawl breaks loose. Neville gets in
a few shots but is ultimately bested by “The Beast”.
Last
week on RAW, Nia Jax and Sasha Banks defeated the RAW Women's
Champion Charlotte and the #1 contender Bayley in by count out in tag
team action. Since then, Nia and Sasha have been lobbying for
inclusion in the RAW Women's Championship match this Sunday at Clash
of Champions.
RAW
Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and RAW General Manager Mick Foley
have agreed that since the champion and the challenger were both
defeated last week, the RAW Women's Championship match at WWE Clash
of Champions will now be a Fatal 4-Way Match. However, if Charlotte
and Bayley want to compete in a one on one match then they will have
to beat Nia and Sasha tonight in a rematch under Extreme Rules.

After
losing to Rusev last week on RAW, Cesaro calls out “The Bulgarian
Brute” and challenges him to a rematch. However, Rusev is not
interested and says that the only challenges that interest him are
ranked above Cesaro. Rusev suggests that if Cesaro really wanted this
rematch then he would consult Sheamus about a match tonight. Cesaro
says that if going through Sheamus tonight is what he has to do then
Rusev should already start training for a second round with “The
Swiss Superman”.
Last
week on RAW, Darren Young suffered an injury at the hands of Braun
Strowman is not in Indianapolis tonight for RAW. However, that has
not stopped “The Monster” from seeking destruction tonight.
Strowman wants to give Darren a rematch, Braun claims that everybody
deserves a second chance even if its competing in a rematch against
him. In reality, Strowman simply enjoys inflicting pain and misery
and he deals destruction without any prejudice. He can and will
destroy everyone...

WWE
United States Champion Chris Jericho comes out to the ring and calls
out the #1 contender for his WWE United States Championship, Finn
Balor. Jericho calls him out because he wants to regard Finn in
person. He wants to look Balor in the eye to see what he's made of
and so that Finn can learn exactly what he's in for this Sunday at
Clash of Champions. Sure, Finn won an opportunity to challenge for
the top singles titles on RAW but Finn didn't read the fine print
because Finn also won himself an entire Jupiter-sized world of hurt.
After
suffering humiliation on the mic at the hands of The Rock last week
on RAW, Jinder Mahal hunts for “The Great One” backstage and
launches an attack. However, The Rock mounts a comeback and ends up
leaving Jinder laying.

The
#1 contender for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, Drew Gulak,
comes out to the ring and introduces himself to the WWE Universe here
on Monday Night RAW. He goes over his vision about how he sees the
cruiserweight division on RAW. It shouldn't be about flying through
the air and taking unnecessary risks. It should be about grounded
competition on the mat. Gulak considers himself the best submission
specialist in the cruiserweight division, something that the WWE
Cruiserweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. has claimed to be. However,
Drew says that Sabre is about to find out who the true submission
specialist is this Sunday at Clash of Champions.
Last
week on RAW, RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon announced that
despite being drafted to SmackDown Live in the WWE Draft, due to
contractual developments John Cena is currently a free agent that
will be appearing on RAW coming soon (as well as fulfilling his
duties as a SmackDown Live talent). Coming soon to Monday Night RAW:
John Cena '10!
Last
week on RAW, Seth Rollins made a complete recovery from his injuries,
and was ready to compete at full strength against The Club. However,
that would not be enough to secure the victory as Gallows and
Anderson once again walked out of RAW victorious. The Club now have
three straight non-title victories over the WWE Tag Team Champions.
Is a Gallows and Anderson championship victory at Clash of the
Champions simply a formality at this point? Tonight, Rollins and
Roman Reigns look to pick up some much needed momentum going into the
Clash of the Champions PPV this Sunday.

Triple
H comes out and tells the WWE Universe that he told them all so. He
promised that when he would strike on behalf of The Authority that it
would be with malice and force. Last week, he went toe to toe with
“The World's Largest Athlete” The Big Show and made an example
out of him. Any other man on this Earth would have been
obliterated...but he is “The Game”, this is The Authority and
they are back in the forefront.
Triple
H is still not where he belongs on the RAW rankings and he says that
the blood that the mistake will cause will be on RAW GM Mick Foley's
hands. The Superstars ranked above him may as well be a rounded-up
herd of cattle with targets on their backs. Last week was a warning
shot and whoever finds themselves next across the ring from “The
King of Kings” will likely rue that day as the worst day of their
life.
